keto smoothie

Make this keto breakfast smoothie with spinach and fresh berries using any plant-based milk you like. You can also swap the hemp seeds for any nuts or seeds

Ingredients :

  • 500ml coconut milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
  • 130g spinach leaves, washed and chopped
  • 130g frozen or fresh berries
  • 40g shelled hemp seeds
  • 20g milled flaxseed
  • 10g piece of ginger
  • 10g tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions :

  • Combine all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
