Make this keto breakfast smoothie with spinach and fresh berries using any plant-based milk you like. You can also swap the hemp seeds for any nuts or seeds
Ingredients :
500ml coconut milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
130g spinach leaves, washed and chopped
130g frozen or fresh berries
40g shelled hemp seeds
20g milled flaxseed
10g piece of ginger
10g tahini
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Directions :
Combine all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
