Make this blackberry smoothie part of a festive non-alcoholic drinks menu. It's delightfully sweet and sharp, with banana, stem ginger and pomegranate juice
Ingredients :
10 frozen blackberries
½ banana (or 1 small one), sliced
1 ball of stem ginger, from a jar
100ml pomegranate juice or red grape juice
ice
1 thyme sprig and 1 frozen blackberry, to garnish
Directions :
Put all of the ingredients, apart from the garnish, in a high-speed blender with a few small ice cubes, then blend until smooth and thick.
Pour the smoothie into a margarita glass or a tumbler and garnish with a thyme sprig and frozen blackberry.
