frozen blackberry smoothie

Make this blackberry smoothie part of a festive non-alcoholic drinks menu. It's delightfully sweet and sharp, with banana, stem ginger and pomegranate juice

Ingredients :

  • 10 frozen blackberries
  • ½ banana (or 1 small one), sliced
  • 1 ball of stem ginger, from a jar
  • 100ml pomegranate juice or red grape juice
  • ice
  • 1 thyme sprig and 1 frozen blackberry, to garnish

Directions :

  • Put all of the ingredients, apart from the garnish, in a high-speed blender with a few small ice cubes, then blend until smooth and thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into a margarita glass or a tumbler and garnish with a thyme sprig and frozen blackberry.
