Açaí is a hero ingredient - reputed to be one of the best antioxidants, it makes the perfect base for a fruit smoothie. Combine with pineapple, strawberries and banana
Ingredients :
100g raw, frozen, unsweetened açaí pulp, thawed
50g frozen pineapple
100g strawberry
1 medium banana
250ml mango or orange juice
1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
Directions :
Place all ingredients in the blender or a food processor. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick add a bit more mango or orange juice. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
