Turkey Roll Ups

These easy Turkey Roll Ups have all of the flavors of your favorite roast turkey dinner (and Thanksgiving side dishes) without all of the fuss! Thinly sliced turkey is filled with stuffing and smothered in gravy. Add in some frozen veggies and cranberry sauce for the perfect meal in minutes! This simple turkey casserole recipe is the perfect option to enjoy turkey dinner if you’re short on time (or can be created from Thanksgiving dinner leftovers).

Ingredients :

  • 16 deli sliced turkey leftover or deli
  • 1 ½ cups turkey gravy prepared
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing homemade or boxed
  • 2 cups frozen green beans or your favorite vegetable
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Directions :

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Lay out 2 slices of turkey overlapping them slightly. Place stuffing mix on one end and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining turkey.
  • Place seam side down in a 9x13 pan. Pour gravy over top of turkey rolls.
  • Add frozen green beans, salt, pepper and butter to the side of the pan. Add cranberry sauce along one side.
  • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
