How to Make Grilled Pizza

Pizza dough can be cooked to perfection on the grill, no pizza stone required! A tender-chewy crust topped with our favorite toppings and grilled to golden perfection.

Ingredients :

  • 12 ounces pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil or as needed
  • ⅔ cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • toppings as desired

Directions :

  • Preheat the grill to 500°F.
  • Prepare all topping ingredients (if using).
  • Cut an 18" piece of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil.
  • Place the foil dull side up and roll out the pizza dough to ½" thick (or thinner if desired) directly on the foil. Brush both sides of the dough with olive oil.
  • Transfer the foil to the preheated grill and cook 4-5 minutes or until the dough begins to bubble and is lightly browned on the bottom.
  • Using tongs, flip the dough over and add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese. Reduce the heat to medium-high, about 400°F.
  • Close the lid of the grill and cook an additional 4 minutes or until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through.
  • Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
