Grilled Pork Teriyaki

Pork Teriyaki is one of the most delicious ways to prepare pork tenderloin. Packed with mouthwatering umami flavor, teriyaki pork is always a favorite.

Ingredients :

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin about 2 medium tenderloins
  • 2 cups thick teriyaki sauce
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced, optional
  • sesame seeds for garnish, optional

Directions :

  • Cut each pork tenderloin into 4-5 pieces and pound the pork pieces to ½-inch thick.
  • Marinate pork medallions in teriyaki sauce and onion slices for 4-6 hours
  • Preheat grill to high. Grill the Pork Medallions on high 3-4 minutes per side
  • If desired, place onions on a grill tray and grill for 5 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. (Keep a close eye on the onions so they don't burn)
  • Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
