Easy Pork Tenderloin Marinade

This honey mustard marinade gives a little heat with a lot of flavor! It’s a perfect weekday or even a holiday entrée!

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup whole grain dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Directions :

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.
  • Marinate over pork tenderloin for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brown marinaded tenderloin.
  • Then cook for 18-20 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Lest rest 5 minutes before slicing.
