Deviled Ham

Deviled ham is a zesty and creamy spread that's perfect for sandwiches or crackers!

Ingredients :

  • 12 ounces cooked ham skin removed, diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely diced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • thinly sliced green onion optional garnish

Directions :

  • Place diced ham, onion, mustard, and hot sauce into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add mayonnaise and pulse just until combined.
  • Transfer to a bowl for serving and garnish with parsley or green onion if desired.
