Brighten up your table of appetizers with these tasty cranberry brie bites.
Ingredients :
8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls 1 can
7 ounces brie cheese cut into 24 pieces
½ cup cranberry sauce homemade is best
¼ cup chopped pecans optional
fresh rosemary for garnish, optional
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease the wells of 2 mini muffin tins (24 wells).
Unroll the crescent rolls and pinch the seams to seal. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut crescents into 24 squares.
Place each square of dough into a mini muffin tin. Add a piece of bried to each and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Bake until golden, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
