Blitz banana, cherries and yogurt with almond milk for a filling breakfast.
Ingredients :
1 banana, sliced
2 cups frozen pitted cherries
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions :
Combine the banana, cherries, almond milk, yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust the sweetness with additional honey.
