This cheeseburger dip is easy to make and loaded with flavor.
Ingredients :
8 ounces lean ground beef
14 ounces canned petite diced tomatoes undrained
8 ounces cream cheese cubed
4 ounces processed cheese loaf such as Velveeta*, cubed
¼ cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅔ cup crispy fried onions optional
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
burger toppings as desired, pickles, tomatoes, red onion etc.
Directions :
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 6 minutes. Drain any fat.
Add the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, processed cheese, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce the heat to medium and stir until melted and blended together. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
In a small bowl, combine cheddar cheese, french fried onions, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle over the dip. Garnish with additional burger toppings as desired.
