Eggs are mixed with cheese and your fave add-ins and cooked until fluffy in the air fryer. Low-carb, low-calorie, and portable bites in mere minutes at home!
Ingredients :
7 eggs
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon milk
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 green onions sliced
¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
Whisk eggs, cream, milk, mustard powder, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy and pale yellow in color.
Divide bacon, cheese and green onions over the cups of the molds (or small bowls).
Place in the air fryer basket and pour egg mixture overtop.
Cook in the air fryer for 11-13 minutes stirring after 7-8 minutes. Cook just until eggs are set (they will continue cooking a little bit once removed. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
