Crispy skin, juicy meat, and just 5 minutes of prep – these are an easy favorite!
Ingredients :
4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs 5-6 oz each
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika or sweet paprika
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Directions :
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Combine the seasoning mix in a small bowl.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Place them in a medium bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides generously with seasoning.
Place chicken thighs in the basket, skin-side down, and cook for 12 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
Transfer the chicken to a place and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
